Celebrating Earth Day at Now Resorts & Spas!

We love any reason to celebrate at Now Resorts & Spas and last week marked one of our favorite holidays: Earth Day! Observed every April on the 22nd, Earth Day encourages people from all over the world to celebrate the natural environment we live in and support conservation efforts. This year, we had a blast celebrating the 45th annual Earth Day at each of our Now Resorts & Spas!

Guests were treated to special programs highlighting conservation, environmental awareness and younger guests enjoyed Earth Day activities within our Explorer’s Club! Special lectures from trained professionals were also incorporated into the programs highlighting the local cultures and surrounding environmental awareness issues.

At Now Resorts & Spas, we are lucky to be surrounded by incredible natural beauty. We love celebrating Earth Day to remind ourselves to be thankful for the extraordinary natural environment that makes Now Resorts & Spas so special and how important it is to protect the earth so that future generations may enjoy these wonders as well.

We have all sorts of plans in store to make this Earth Day fun for all, including a fun day for children in our Explorer’s Club! Kids at Now Sapphire Resort & Spa, for example, will get to decorate a recycled pot for plants, learn about planting, complete a nature scavenger hunt and more. Earth Day Celebrations at Now Larimar Punta Cana

Earlier this week Now Larimar Punta Cana’s guests enjoyed Earth Day activities! The resort along with all Now Resorts & Spas strive to make the planet a greener place all year-long but Earth Day is a special day to recognize their efforts. Now Entertainment Team hosted several themed-events to show their appreciation to Mother Earth including live entertainment in the pool and Explorer’s Club for Kids landscape painting lesson. Earth Day at Now Resorts & Spas

All year long Now Resorts & Spas strive to be environmentally friendly through recycling and conserving energy. This past Sunday on Earth Day our guests took part in many activities to enrich our efforts. Guests of all ages had a blast while keeping Mother Nature in mind. They took part in planting a variety of trees saplings including cherry, lemon, papaya, mango trees and more. Plus, younger guests of the Explorer’s Club for Kids participated in a butterfly release.
