Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun celebrated sweetly with a decadent afternoon chocolate demonstration. Guests could taste various kinds of chocolate and indulge in bottomless coffee in the Formentera salon.

It was chocolate galore at Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun.

Now Sapphire also threw an Avocado Lovers festival for those who can’t live without their morning avocado toast. Guests spent the afternoon visiting multiple food stations outside, each with their own twist on the classic avocado. Avocados were everywhere – on burgers, in waffle sandwiches, they were pickled, paired with shrimp, in smoothies, and who can forget the guacamole?!

Now Jade Riviera Cancun spiced things up by hosting the Chiles en Nogada Festival. Guests had dinner featuring tastes of different kinds of chiles in Tamarindo, our Mexican restaurant. The menu featured fiery items like chile wrapped with spices and tomato, chile stuffed with seafood and basil sauce, chile stuffed with cheese and cream sauce, and of course, chile en nogada. It was a zesty night!
