Thumbs up to the staff at Now Jade for a great birthday celebration!
Mrs. E was traveling with her little boy who was going to celebrate his birthday during their stay at Now Jade Riviera Cancun. Mrs. E had a great connection with the chief concierge and during a conversation, she mentioned her son’s birthday was coming up! The concierge took this opportunity to make their stay truly unforgettable.
The staff told our guest that they were going to come get them from their room at 4:00 p.m. to start the surprise. When they opened the door, “Lightning McQueen,” her son’s favorite character, was waiting for him to bring him to the Explorer’s Club! As soon as they arrived at the Explorer’s Club, he saw all the kids waiting to celebrate his birthday with him, along with a cake and a piñata. Mrs. E was very happy to see how much fun her son was having and how happy he was!
Mom and son had a FANTASTIC celebration at a surprise birthday party while visiting Now Jade!
To finish the surprise, the family enjoyed a Teppanyaki birthday dinner that evening! We hope it was a birthday celebration to remember forever!
