Buenas tardes, ayer finalicé mi estancia en el hotel y aunque hasta ayer estuve encantada en el hotel a pesar de multiples detalles a mejorar, tuve un percance que estropeó mis vacaciones.
Cual fue mi sorpresa al hacer la maleta Me habían robado mis zapatillas de la habitación. Si, dentro de la habitación. El encargado de ese feo gesto dejó sus zapatillas en la terraza y se llevó las mias en su lugar.
Perdí todo mi último día entre recepción y la habitación para recibir una solución. Esto lo “solucionaron” dandome 80$…
Esto no cubre el precio de las zapatillas ni mucho menos todo el día perdido informando del suceso.
No me parece una compensación para un gesto tan feo…
Quiero dejar constancia de lo ocurrido porque me fui muy disgustada y tuve que volver a España en sandalias cuando la temperatura local es de 4 grados.
Creo que es un punto que deben cuidar ya que a pesar de que el hotel es fantástico (quitando detalles de construcción, goteras, escapes de agua y excesas visitas de personal a la habatión) estos detalles estropean todo lo bueno del hotel.
Destacar la atención del personal de animación que ha hecho que la estancia sea fantástica. En especial a Super man, Lykan y una muy bella persona, Debora.
Me gustaría recibir una respuesta por su parte, ya que como les comento, la unica contestación que me dieron fue que el hotel había decidido compensarme con 80$. Nada mas.
