  1. Is the free Wifi & U.S. calls available at the Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun? I had emailed the hotel twice previously to ask this question within the past month and they responded it would not be available at this Resort until sometime in 2014. Can someone verify if mobile phones and iPads have free Wifi there and is it in the rooms you are able to receive this free service or do guests have to go to the Lobby area to connect? Thank you!
