Coconut Ice Cream
Combine 1 cup of milk, one 14-ounce can of cream of coconut and 1 ½ cups of sweetened flaked coconut in the container of a food processor or blender, and mix thoroughly.
After the mixture is thoroughly blended mix in 1 ½ cups of heavy cream.
Pour into the container of an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
