Guests of Now Jade and Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun can enjoy a daily guided bike tour of Puerto Morelos, a quant town nearby. The Now Entertainment Team at each resort takes guests out for a short bike ride each morning. This is a chance for guests to immerse themselves in the local culture while getting a workout in too.
Guests depart the resort at 9:00 am and return to the resort at 11:00am on the daily guided bike tours. The leisure bike route to Puerto Morelos is about four miles each way from Now Jade and is less than five miles each way from Now Sapphire. Upon arriving in Puerto Morelos guests can explore the markets in town and purchase handmade crafts, visit the church or just relax in the main square of town to take it all in. Then, the group turns around and peddles back to the resort.
Children 11 years old and up can participate in the bike rides with a parent or guardian accompanying them. Bikes and helmets are provided by the resorts. This activity is included in the Unlimited-Luxury® stay with no additional cost. Guests are encouraged to make reservations at the resort they are staying at with the Now Entertainment Team at least one day prior to the bike tour.

I went last year. It was a nice slow paced ride. The shops don’t have alot of souvenir stuff that says Mexico. Although, the homemade items are neat!!
