If you’ve been on Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun‘s Facebook page recently then you’ve most likely seen guests raving about a delicious drink available at the resort called Electric Lemonade. This cocktail is the perfect mix of sweet and sour and makes for an ultra refreshing midday drink as you take in the warm Mexican sun!
Not visiting Now Resorts & Spas in the near future? No need to fear! Make this yummy drink at home with this recipe.
Electric Lemonade
1 oz. Midori
1 oz. Vodka
2oz. Sour mix or margarita mix
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 15-20 seconds until smooth. Pour in a glass, add a lime and enjoy!

Just finished enjoying them Jan 6-13.2012!!!!!! LOVE this drink!
I love electric lemonade. We went to Punta Cana last year and they said they didn’t know how to make them and I wasn’t sure what was in them so my vacation wasn’t complete. Next time, back to Mexico.
I had these in Cancun and were excellent!
