Guests have the opportunity to workout with an American beauty queen this week on the beach. Participate in her daily Boot Camp and Zumba classes! Start your morning off on the right foot this week with a class led by Mrs. South Carolina!
9:00 am Boot Camp – This is an intense class that includes a variety of strength training and cardio moves.
10:30 am Zumba – Take part in a high-energy workout with moves inspired by Latin dance. This is a fun way to break a sweat because of the dance-party feel with great music to move to. Zumba is a very popular fitness trend because it is a blend of dance and fitness.
