Do have a question about our resorts? If so, don’t hesitate to send it our way!
Thanks for the answers to FAQ’s. Perhaps it would be a good idea to add an FAQ tab on your Facebook Pages for Jade and Sapphire. It would cut down on the repetitive questions asked, and answered over and over again.
Can’t wait to visit Jade in November.
I agree with Tom Jermain. An FAQ page is an excellent idea!
The men’s dress code has been a big question on Now Jade’s Facebook page, and with reading your answers, it says that men can wear jeans into the restaurants, when they said only slacks, khakis, on Facebook! Are jeans allowed in all the restaurants? Closed toe shoes are not a problem….just making sure we bring the necessary clothing!!!
Hi Rene,
I wanted to confirm that jeans are permitted in our restaurants. If you have any other questions, please feel free to email our concierge at concierge.nojrc@nowresorts.com. We are looking forward to having you at our resort!
Rene…We saw jeans accepted in the a la cartes. But, in all honesty…jeans are hot in that humidity. I wore a jean skirt for the flight down, it was so hot.
The Dress Code for men is shoes or scandals, is that correct?
Yes, men should wear shoes or dress sandals to dinner.
Which rooms have jacuzzi’s on the balcony?
Okay….now I am confused. I thought some of the a la cartes required closed toe shoes. Has there been a change in dress code policy??
Thanks in advance!
Carole
Carole, no there has not been a change in our dress code policy. We do ask men to wear closed toe shoes in our casual elegance restaurants. However, some of our restaurants are more of a casual atmosphere and sandals with long pants would be just fine.
What is the price list for the spa?
Ayeola, please feel free to email our concierge at Now Jade (concierge.nojrc@nowresorts.com) or Now Sapphire (concierge.nosrc@nowresorts.com) for the most up-to-date price list for our spa.
Do you have a fun night life for young adults? Do people go off-site to party? Is there transportation for this?
Ayeola, both Now Jade and Now Sapphire have a number of bars and lounges as well as nightly shows. If you do wish to go off the resort, the activities desk would be more than happy to help you arrange this.
We be arriving next week with my family and I wanted to know if the kids still get the walkie talkies that you mention back when we reserved. Also do we have to bring our own towels?
Thank you in advance
Jorge, you will receive a cell phone when you drop your children off at our Explorer’s Club so that you will be able to contact them and vice versa. Also, there is no need to bring your own towels. The resort has plenty available for use.
Do you have enough tennis enthusiast for me to take my racquet. If not do you have racquets for guest to use.
Thanks
JS
Jorge, yes, we do have racquets for guests to use and I’m sure you will find plenty of other guests willing to play with your during your stay!
Is there any reason my question has note been answered? Maybe the answer is obvious through your website. If so, I’m just missing it and it would be helpful to have a response from someone in the know.
Thank you.
Kevin….I can try and help. We returned in June. The Non Preferred Club rooms have a jacuzzi in the bathrooms, separate from the rain shower. There is a window right there, so I would imagine it has a view. We stayed in the PC rooms. The Jacuzzi is on the balcony. We enjoyed it at night and, due to darkness, we felt we had privacy. Hope this helps.
This helps a lot Carole.
Thank you very much!
It was my pleasure. Have an awesome trip!
Hi, we will be arriving this weekend and I was wondering if the water in the restaurants is safe to drink? I know in the room we will have bottled water in the mini-bar, but as far as the restaurants, has the water been filtered? Thanks!
Erin, we can’t wait to have you! All of our water goes through a purification system making it very safe to drink.
What is the difference between the concierge master suite and and standard room?
Also, how do you join the prefered club?
Hi Terry, please feel free to email our concierge at Now Jade (concierge.nojrc@nowresorts.com) or Now Sapphire (concierge.nosrc@nowresorts.com).

Do you have nurse or doctor at the Hotel ?
Many thanks for all your answer :o)
Nicolas H.
Thank you for your DM :o)
Hi Nicolas! did you wind up staying at Now Larimar? Would you recommend it to someone with peanut/tree nut allergies? We are thinking of going next January and I had seen your post here. I have sent an email to the resort but wondered your experience. Thanks in advance!
Are gym shoes permitted in the restaurants?
My family is planning a trip to Mexico in November, we are still trying to decide between the Jade and the Sapphire. I wanted to know if the is a substantial difference between the two hotels. Also, I have heard that the beach specailly at the Jade has rocks, is this true and would you recomend water shoes. Is there a big difference between the beach at Now Jade and the beach at Now Sapphire.
Thanks, Nora
Hi , I will be there for X-mas and i want to know if you offer Wi-FI Connection ?

Hello: I read the earlier reply about the water being filtered is this in the restaurants only? or is the tap water filtered as well?
sorry I should have specified that my question about if the tap water was filtered was referring to the Now Jade Riviera.
