We plan on coming there in September for our 10 year anniversary. I have lots of questions;
Can we go to a town for shopping?
Do you have real milk?
Is it really hot in September?

Hi Eva– Now Jade Riviera Cancun is a great place to spend your anniversary. Please email our concierge to get answers to these questions – you can reach them at concierge.nojrc@nowresorts.com. They can give you the most updated information, but I can tell you that you are welcome to go to Playa Del Carmen, Cancun or any other area shopping destination (Puerto Morelos). You can take a taxi to these destinations right from the resort. The weather in September can vary. It is not as steamy hot as July/August, but can certainly be extremely warm.
Hi Samantha, We are interested in coming to the Jade in October with several family members. Is it a fact that each person receives one complimentary round of golf each day? Must tee times be set up in advance to insure availability? Do you provide transportation to any shopping areas?
What is the charge to rent golf clubs?
We will be travelling to Now Jade in June, right before our 15 wedding anniversary. Does Now Jade offer the private beach dinner that I was reading about Now Sapphire offering? If so what is the cost for that, what are the menu options, etc?
